Many people embark on a pilgrim journey to seek fresh direction for their spiritual lives, Christian pilgrims often take pilgrimages to the Holy land, to visit familiar Bible places, or to walk where Jesus and His disciples walked or to visit places where important events happened like Jerusalem and Bethlehem.
Although these pilgrimages may give us a new sense of awareness and wonder. Or result in a greater sense of our life’s purpose. Nevertheless it is no substitute to our true pilgrim journey of discovery, as we journey the way of holiness.
The True Pilgrim Journey:- is not one time spiritual experience, it is a life time experience on earth in preparation for our final destination, our heavenly home. This spiritual journey is where we begin to explore our true identity of who we are, and why we are on earth. It is a time to discover our real purpose in life, which leads to a radical change and direction in life.
Holy Scriptures are our guide and spiritual resource that keeps us on the way of holiness. We are to lay aside everything that hinders that Christian walk toward our heavenly home. (Heb.12:1)

The Pedigree of the Holy Scriptures –
When we think of the variety of material contained in the Scriptures, which were written by some 40 different authors at intervals stretching over 1500 years.
The writers wrote in various lands, from Italy in the west to Mesopotamia and possibly Persia in the east.
When we add all this together, and examine the pages of scripture, it is amazing that so much fits together the Old testament complementing the new testament and vice versa.
The contents can be read and understood by high ranking academics and children alike. Its contents are old and yet are relevant to today’s problems.
